Dr Luke Smith is an experienced mindfulness practitioner and has provided workshops and presentations for a range of teams, organisations and businesses. Luke’s approach to teaching mindfulness is evidence-based, practical and experiential. He can speak on a range of different mindfulness-based topics, such as mental well-being, stress management, work and study performance, and parenting. Luke has experience in teaching both formal (meditation) and informal (paying attention to activities in day-to-day life) mindfulness techniques. He can tailor presentations to different size groups and present both in-person and online.
